We have now purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership & are very impressed with them as they truly care about their customers. Additionally, our sales representatives Isa was AMAZING! Our 2022 Audi Q5 we h are very impressed with them as they truly care about their customers. Additionally, our sales representatives Isa was AMAZING! Our 2022 Audi Q5 we had for 3 years was really a great car, but some missing features and the want to grow our family had us in need for a larger vehicle. Audi of Weasley Chapel was able to work up an amazing deal that allowed us to get the trade we needed & into a brand new Audi Q7. We are extremely happy with our new car and the opportunities it would allow for our families future! Thank-you again Isa & Audi of Weasley Chapel for making this such an easy and fast process! More

AUDI WESLEY CHAPEL - CHRIS NOVO! !! I had an incredible experience with Chris and the Audi Wesley Chapel team. I have been a true-blue Audi owner for years. This was by far, the be !! I had an incredible experience with Chris and the Audi Wesley Chapel team. I have been a true-blue Audi owner for years. This was by far, the best experience I have ever had! Before reaching the showroom, Chris sent a video of the "perfect" car describing all the features. He communicated pricing for the car and the bells and whistles that I was hoping for before we even arrived. Once there, he far exceeded my expectations and delivered more than what was communicated by phone!!! I live in the Apollo Beach area; it was WORTH driving every mile to Wesley Chapel to work with Chris! THANK YOU! More
I had a Q7 TDI in for a full engine and drivetrain out reseal in December of 2023. I drove about 400 miles down the road and it was throwing codes. They to.d me to finish driving it all the way back to Mi reseal in December of 2023. I drove about 400 miles down the road and it was throwing codes. They to.d me to finish driving it all the way back to Michigan as it was probably a loose ground and to have my local Audi dealer tighten the ground. When my local Audi dealer Inspected it for the codes and a loose ground they discovered many nuts and bolts missing and the turbo’S leaking as well a a loose fuel rail. I called back Audi of Wesley Chapel and they arranged to pick it up and correct everything they did not due correctly. It was returned to me about 5-6 weeks later and when I was about 800 miles away from home, the exact same thing happened again. The turbo’s were not seated appropriately and leaking over and into the alternator. I sent them an email in May of 2024 without a response. I spent almost $14k and three months of headaches waiting for the car to be correctly fixed. I WOULD AVOID ANY MAJOR REPAIRS AT THIS DEALER.As I am not sure if they are qualified. Audi of Wesley Chapel never reached out or made contact for any sort of compensation for their negligence. More
This past weekend, my girlfriend purchased an Audi A4 from this dealership. Our salesman, Juan, was fantastic, and I highly recommend him. HOWEVER, the finance manager Neal Dossett is an absolute disgrac from this dealership. Our salesman, Juan, was fantastic, and I highly recommend him. HOWEVER, the finance manager Neal Dossett is an absolute disgrace to this dealership and the Audi brand. He saw two women sitting in front of him and decided he could make a quick commission by strong-arming them into signing up for the extended warranty. It started with him arrogantly assuming she would buy it after she mentioned wanting more information. He became visibly angry and snapped, "I was told you wanted this," in a hostile tone. After Neal and I had a heated disagreement about it, they declined the extended warranty. That should have been the end of it, but Neal, in a fit of unprofessional rage, decided to escalate the situation and threw me out of his office. I later learned he had the audacity to say, "You should reconsider your relationship with your boyfriend," followed by yet another aggressive push for her to buy the extended warranty, threatening, "Well, I sure hope nothing happens to your car since you are not getting it," before completing the paperwork. Not only was he petty and rude over something insignificant, but he also stooped to vile, personal attacks against a client of the dealership. I cannot stress enough that anyone buying a car from this dealership should AVOID NEAL DOSSETT AT ALL COSTS. He will mercilessly pressure you into purchasing something you neither want nor need and will resort to vicious personal attacks if you resist his coercion. In all my years of buying cars and those of everyone I spoke with before writing this review, never have we experienced such appalling treatment and gross unprofessionalism. This dealership might have great staff overall, but Neal single-handedly obliterated the car-buying experience and crossed every line with his venomous insults. More

Salesman, Jeff Schuette, was very responsive and efficient during the negotiations. We spoke with him for about 20 minutes after we arrived to pick up the vehicle, then he moved on to another appoin efficient during the negotiations. We spoke with him for about 20 minutes after we arrived to pick up the vehicle, then he moved on to another appointment with a potential buyer. We were turned over to the processing team, and more than 2 hours later, left with the vehicle - which was already prepped and sitting in the showroom. We were originally informed the process would take about 15-30 minutes. Apparently they were experiencing IT issues and couldn’t get access to their own system. They returned every half hour to apologize but we just sat there. Salesman and processing agent were terrific. I put this one on the dealership as there should always be someone around at 5pm that can handle a systems issue. More
