Excellent salesperson My wife and I were at Audi Wesley Chapel a couple of weekends ago, for a local Audi club event. We went with no intention of buying, but we were on t My wife and I were at Audi Wesley Chapel a couple of weekends ago, for a local Audi club event. We went with no intention of buying, but we were on the fringe of being in the market. I am already an Audi owner, and love mine, so I had been working on my wife to get one also. We looked at a CPO vehicle, and it checked all of the boxes for my wife EXCEPT the color. We had a wonderful experience with our salesman, Anthony Leach. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, made a good case for buying it, but my wife could not get past the color. He emailed us a packet of useful information to assist us to make an informed decision. Long story short, we did not buy, but discovered a great salesman. Anthony knew what we were looking for, and promised to be on the lookout for anything that popped up and matched our criteria. More

VERY PROFESSIONAL I BROUGHT MY AUDI A8L IN TO HAVE THE A/C CHECKED OUT AS IT WAS NOT PERFORMING PROPERLY. HENRY GARCIA WAS ASSIGNED AND HE TOOK OVER COMPLETELY. WITHIN I BROUGHT MY AUDI A8L IN TO HAVE THE A/C CHECKED OUT AS IT WAS NOT PERFORMING PROPERLY. HENRY GARCIA WAS ASSIGNED AND HE TOOK OVER COMPLETELY. WITHIN SHORT ORDER HE WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE THAT THE FIX WOULD MOST PROBABLY TAKE SOME TIME AND SUGGESTED THE USE OF A LONER AUDI WHICH I ACCEPTED. IN THE END THE PROCEDURE TOOK A FEW DAYS BUT MY CAR WAS RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITION AND NOW RUNNING GREAT. DURING THIS TIME HENRY KEPT IN TOUCH AND PROVIDED INFORMATION ABOUT PROGRESS AND STATUS.
