Best Experience Ever!! Best Experience Ever! My husband and I walked into the beautiful showroom of Audi in Wesley Chapel. We were greeted by Britta ( car sales person) We Best Experience Ever! My husband and I walked into the beautiful showroom of Audi in Wesley Chapel. We were greeted by Britta ( car sales person) We told her that we were interested in the Audi Q5. She took us for a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Upon our return the Sales Manager Kirk came over to introduce himself. We didn’t get the typical “hard sale” that we have seen at other car dealerships. We did decide to purchase the Q5 At that point we were introduced to the finance manager TJ. We have purchased cars prior and have to say that this was the fastest transaction we ever had. TJ made sure it was quick and easy. Afterwards Britta gave us an overview on how to use the features in our new car. She explained everything And assured us that she is available anytime to help us if any questions should come up. Britta was so helpful and truly wanted to ensure our purchasing experience was simple and enjoyable I feel that customer service isn’t valued as much as it use to be in many industries. But Britta and the team at Audi Wesley Chapel exceeded our Customer Service expectations ! More

After taking our new purchase home, we identified a small ding on the door. This was repaired by the dealership at no charge, & I was provided a loaner during the repair. Britta stayed in contact and even still does three months later. There was no pushing or beating around the bush. She was straight forward and let us make the decisions. When we got to the dealership she welcomed us like family! We had our baby with us and she made sure it was smooth and everything was ready to go so we didn’t have to spend hours there with the baby.
