Outstanding Buying Experience I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years and frankly know many people in the industry in very high places and I have to say, they are one of I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years and frankly know many people in the industry in very high places and I have to say, they are one of the best I have personally dealt with. Joe Pertrillo and Isa King were outstanding in every way. There was no pressure and gobs of experience and knowledge. I was on the fence in making a deal because I really loved the car I was trading in but, Joe gave me a deal that I couldn’t refuse from my trade in to the new A5 Cab always unheard of in the industry. There cost was well below the other quote I received from another dealership and made my decision easy to purchase at Audi of Wesley Chappel. From start to finish Isa stayed on top of the whole sales experience. I am not very easy to please but, Isa made me a believer in an outstanding buying experience. I would not hesitate in saying that I would highly recommend buying an Audi from both Joe and Isa. Such an easy flawless experience. Easy, no hassle, friendly I just leased a 2018 Audi A4 from Wesley Chapel dealership. I have leased vehicles for years now but never an Audi. I shopped around other dealerships I just leased a 2018 Audi A4 from Wesley Chapel dealership. I have leased vehicles for years now but never an Audi. I shopped around other dealerships before ending up at this location. It was hands down the easiest experience with leasing a car. I worked with Isa and she was very knowledgeable and easy going throughout the process. I never felt pressured or that she was trying to sell me on something I didn’t want or need. I walked in and was immediately approached and assisted by Isa King who is a Audi Brand Specialist. Isa showed my mom and myself all the options on the car we were looking at on the show room floor and before you knew it we were driving away in a brand new Audi!! Customer service was above and beyond during this experience with Isa King.
