He was extremely accommodating to all my needs. The entire service department were all great to work with, a tribute to there service director Christene. Everyone had a smile on there face making me feel like they really loved there job as well as serving there customers to the fullest. Outstanding Buying Experience I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years and frankly know many people in the industry in very high places and I have to say, they are one of I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years and frankly know many people in the industry in very high places and I have to say, they are one of the best I have personally dealt with. Joe Pertrillo and Isa King were outstanding in every way. There was no pressure and gobs of experience and knowledge. I was on the fence in making a deal because I really loved the car I was trading in but, Joe gave me a deal that I couldn’t refuse from my trade in to the new A5 Cab always unheard of in the industry. There cost was well below the other quote I received from another dealership and made my decision easy to purchase at Audi of Wesley Chappel. From start to finish Isa stayed on top of the whole sales experience. I am not very easy to please but, Isa made me a believer in an outstanding buying experience.
