Well it started all well, found car (Audi S3) on internet in march 2020 and done the whole deal online and paid full asking. Drove 450 miles to dealership and was really impressed by the staff that helped us in march 2020 and done the whole deal online and paid full asking. I’m from out of state so I wondered about the paperwork for my tag and was informed that the hard tag would be mailed to me, after my 4th temp tag and numerous unanswered phone calls, the local tag office called and spoke to them and said I could not get another tag and that what they was saying was not true. I called my bank and they had not even received the title yet and was checking on their side. After telling me the tag was in the mail for four months they ended up sending the paperwork to my local Tag Office and when I went to get tag I owed a additional $650 that they had not charged enough and several weeks later I received a letter saying I owed $260 because they didn’t charge right amount but paperwork was done. I had to buy 4 temp tags, time to take off to go get, additional $650 and called at least 30 times to speak to the manager that they never connected me to, lied to for 4 months about tag in mail, and they can’t even do the paperwork with the right figures. Will never consider buying from this dealership in future. More

I was welcome as I entered the dealership doors by Jimmy DeBone, I must say, as an elder person, Jimmy was very polite and was extremely patient with me, I thought that I was a pain in the, bit Jimmy never DeBone, I must say, as an elder person, Jimmy was very polite and was extremely patient with me, I thought that I was a pain in the, bit Jimmy never show frustration, he was excellent.
