I want to start off by saying thank you Audi for connecting me with your sales rep Maria. She was extremely professional and polite. However, your financial assistance Mr. Dan Palladina was connecting me with your sales rep Maria. She was extremely professional and polite. However, your financial assistance Mr. Dan Palladina was rude, condescending and basically a first class jerk. His unprofessionalism was distasteful and an unfortunate representation of the other professional associates at the Wesley Chapel Audi dealership. This was my first encounter with Audi. In the end I love my car and the first half of the service I received from Maria, other than that I will not do business with Audi in the future. Lastly, Mr. Palladina had me standout side of his office to do business when I returned later that day. He made me feel a deeper understanding of Mrs. Rosa Park experience in mid 1950s. Maria was the best. We were fortunate to land such a professional and caring salesperson. However, due to the unprofessionalism and belittling behavior of your financial assistant Mr. Dan Palladino we regret to inform you that Audi will not be a future choice or recommendation to friends when purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Palladino was aggressively negative as well as openly sarcastic. After we decided not to finance through Audi nor utilize your extended warranty he became brutally insulting. We almost left the store to purchase elsewhere. In the end Mr. Palladino crossed the line, I told Yari we were going to stick with the numbers we already had, he then again sarcastically stated to Yari that she makes the final decision since she was purchasing the car so she could make the decision later. He also conveyed that it would cost us about 6000.00 a year to maintain the car if we didnt get the warranty. I stated my C8 didnt cost that much and he questioned did I ever on a foreign car. When I told him yes he then begin to question what car. We took his pitch as advise to stay away from foreign cars. Luckily I make almost 200k per year. Politeness and professionalism is paramount in every business and I just hope other customers don’t go through what we went through. When we came back the same day he had us stand outside his office, and did not greet us. It’s unfortunate I have to rate Mrs. Hager in the same paragraph with him.
