I was driving in from out of town when the service lights came on in my 2024 SQ7 and the car went into limp mode. Luckily, I was only 10 minutes from Audi of Wesley Chapel. I waited for them to open, and the came on in my 2024 SQ7 and the car went into limp mode. Luckily, I was only 10 minutes from Audi of Wesley Chapel. I waited for them to open, and the service representative, Shaun Sharma, had me in and out within about two hours. With how many electrical systems these cars have, that timeframe was totally understandable. The waiting area is inside the showroom, so I got to check out some amazing cars—and let’s talk about the coffee machine… I usually don’t like machine coffee, but this one was the exception. I hope I never have car issues again, but if I’m ever in town and something happens, I’d gladly bring my vehicle back to this service department. Thanks again to Shaun and the entire staff! More
