Huge shoutout to Service Advisor Luis Galarza and Service Director Jose Calvillo at Audi Tysons. I had a window regulator snap on my 2021 S5 literally on the very last day of my factory warranty. I was expec Director Jose Calvillo at Audi Tysons. I had a window regulator snap on my 2021 S5 literally on the very last day of my factory warranty. I was expecting a headache trying to get it covered on such a tight deadline, but Luis and Jose were total pros about it. They got to work, documented the failure, and handled the back-and-forth with Audi of America to make sure it was fully covered. When I received the car back, the window is perfectly aligned and the 'short drop' feature for the frameless glass works exactly like it should. It’s hard to find a service dept that actually advocates for the customer like this. If you’re in the DMV with an S5 or any B9 platform, definitely go see these guys. More
