Warranty service for Backup Camera My 2011 A4 backup camera was intermittently failing to go on when transmission was placed in reverse. Service advisor Jill Jacobson scheduled me for next day service with a loaner car. The problem was addressed with a software update to the MMI system and the replacement of the camera module.
