Love Audi In the past I have purchased new two Volkswagens, two Porsches, and one of the last Mercury Capris that were made in Germany. I now own two Audis (A4 In the past I have purchased new two Volkswagens, two Porsches, and one of the last Mercury Capris that were made in Germany. I now own two Audis (A4 & S5). The A4 was purchased used elsewhere, but Chapman Audi has always treated me as though I had purchased the car new from them. When I purchased the S5 from Chapman the sales staff were all very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Now, of course I deal with the service department. Dan and Jill are our service managers. Both are very knowledgeable and professional. They know their customers and the vehicles they drive. They insure all work is completed at an optimal level and they make sound recommendations. As with the sales staff they are very nice people to do interact with. When you purchase an Audi you get a lot for your money. The quality, engineering, and comfort is amazing. And Audi is often better, but less expensive than it's other German competition. More

I just returned to the US after spending 17 years in Europe, as life would have it my car is/was due for service when I got here. I found Audi of Tucson on the web and called to get an appointment. That's when I met Jill, so outgoing and helpful, she was able to get me an appointment right away. Jill walked me through the process and explained the price with me prior to starting, I like that.
