Above and Beyond. While driving to Rehobeth Beach, I had car trouble. Was towed to Tom's River Audi late on a Saturday afternoon. Had never been there before. Frankly While driving to Rehobeth Beach, I had car trouble. Was towed to Tom's River Audi late on a Saturday afternoon. Had never been there before. Frankly was not even aware of them. Dominic and the staff there couldn't have been more helpful arranging for an after hours pick up of a loaner for me so that I could get home in Central Jersey on that very hot saturday afternoon. My auto was looked at early Monday morning and worked on quickly. They helped me save a bit of money on the service performed as well largely due to Robert. Chad did a great job to find the exact car I wanted and he laid out multiple leasing options and gave me time to decide what worked best for me. The best part was that I didn't have to spend an entire day there (although i wouldn't mind spending a whole day there - great coffee, comfy couches, and a huge TV) Chad handled everything and when it was time to pick up my new Audi I only had to sign a few papers and I was on my way.
