Sam Kirmani in service is excellent. The service department itself sucks and may be incompetent. I had to bring the vehicle back after an oil change because the low oil light came on. This is the second service in a row I have had to bring the vehicle back because the work was done improperly. I am very dissatisfied with an Audi dealership being so incompetent and will probably start going back to a different dealership much farther away instead of ever coming back here for service let alone sales. had a tire recall but it took a month to get new tires. Meanwhile I had one tire that was low every day. Audi needed better inspection to find a nail. Horrible service. We had an appointment for a 40K service under the Audi maintenance plan. When we arrived we were greeted by Ethan and then waited 30 minutes to lear We had an appointment for a 40K service under the Audi maintenance plan. When we arrived we were greeted by Ethan and then waited 30 minutes to learn that it would be a 2.5 to 3 hour wait for our Audi to be serviced. When we made the appointment we stated our intention to wait; we had a 1pm appointment and never anticipated having to spend 3.5 hours. Our previous experience with your dealership was just the opposite; superior service in every respect. In fact, I was so impressed with the exceptional service, I bragged about it to everyone. Since we were not able to spend half a day in your customer lounge, we asked Ethan for the next available appointment before our contract expires on December 26th. Our new appointment is for December 20th at 9am; Ethan stated that the work would take about 1.5 hrs once they started. I would like to think the work will begin at 9am, our appointment time; is this possible or am I in for another disappointment? More
