Horrible service. Brought car to dealership on Friday with an appointment. Was told car would be done end of day. Ciara mailed at about 2pm if she could text and subsequently received, ‘thanks’, but no update. Then received another text from someone else, no update. Then received a text from someone else asking if anyone had texted back and when we responded no, she just responded she would tell the manager. We showed up at 4:30 on Monday and was told the car just finished. So basically lots of people asking and no one answering. Then have to say it’s robbery to charge $320 for an oil change. Time to change dealerships. More
