In addition to a top notch sales force, Andy, the senior Service Department member is outstanding in his role. He manifests the quality traits previously elucidated for other team members. Andy is extremely accommodating, takes care of problems promptly , keeps his cool under pressure, has a great personality and not once have we ever felt ripped off or taken advantage of.
