I brought my car in to have a part put in that I was waiting about 2 months on. When they were servicing the car I was informed that I needed new tires. I said no thank you. I was also informed that i h waiting about 2 months on. When they were servicing the car I was informed that I needed new tires. I said no thank you. I was also informed that i had a nail in my tire. When I pick up my car I didn't even get a quarter of a mile away when my tire pressure came on (this did not do this before the service and I traveled from PSL to Stuart). I called to let them know they did not offer to come back and fix my tire. I am a single woman driving home in the pouring rain that day and had to pull over to put air in my tire. When I looked for the "nail" I found a BOLT in my tire. I should of been asked to come back so they can fix my tire. I have been going there for 2 years for all my services. Not any more. Even when they saw the 'nail' the day before they didn't offer to fix only for me to spend money on new tires. Makes me think they don't care about their customers and only care about the money. Poor service and I will tell all my friends and family what happened and advise them not to go. More
Dropped the car off for a battery on Friday. I was flying back into town on Saturday. I was told on Saturday that the car would not be ready for a week and they had no curtesy car for me.
