I bought this car off pictures because it was 5 hours away. There was undisclosed paint damage. The 2nd day I had the car I had to take it into local audi dealership because it had a major air suspension away. There was undisclosed paint damage. The car definitely could have had an oil change before they sold it as I’m 2 weeks into ownership and already have to go in and do the oil. The sales guy was nice and the lady who I believe was the finance manager was awesome but the car in my opinion didn’t meet my standards. More

Love my Audi, however they couldn’t find the 2nd key at the completion of sale and I am still waiting for this to be resolved for over a week now. Repeatedly having to call. Barbara at the front desk has the completion of sale and I am still waiting for this to be resolved for over a week now. Repeatedly having to call. Barbara at the front desk has been wonderful in trying to assist. But I would expect Clark to have a solution by now or call me back with the resolution as part of his customer care and service. When I left the delearship he was confident they would find the 2nd key and he would overnight it to me. That hasn’t happened. At this point a new key needs to be ordered. Make it right, and get it done. More
