We had an excellent experience dealing with an issue that was difficult for us and for Richard to explain. They very carefully examined all of the computer codes from the car as well as investigating Audi w was difficult for us and for Richard to explain. The service provided was friendly and accommodating. However, the part needed for my repair was marked up 40% from what a nearby garage charged for the same OEM part, ordered from the same source.
