We had an excellent experience dealing with an issue that was difficult for us and for Richard to explain. They very carefully examined all of the computer codes from the car as well as investigating Audi w was difficult for us and for Richard to explain. Richard even called us later to discuss something that had happened to another Audi owner and it turned out that the issue was most likely something WE were doin, inadvertently, with the transmission. Everything was top notch: the personal attention, the use of a loaner car and the communication. I don't know if there's another "tier" of car wash linked to more detailing of the inside that might not be of a loaner car and the communication. I don't know if there's another "tier" of car wash linked to more detailing of the inside that might not be complimentary, but I was disappointed that the wash seemed to be an afterthought. The insides of the windows weren't cleaned and they needed it...I frequently travel with my Springer Spaniel whose wet nose makes it tough for me to see well in cold weather. The moon roof glass wasn't clean either. However, the service staff was terrific, and you have a truly 5-star dealership. Marley Switzer More
