I purchased a 2014 Lexus from the Audi Stratham Annex and found the sales and service departments very customer friendly. I found the AC not working within a week of picking it up and they immediately applie found the sales and service departments very customer friendly. I found the AC not working within a week of picking it up and they immediately applied their 90 day warranty and replaced the compressor and gave me a loaner car during the repair. The service rep Bryan Richardson was extremely helpful and customer friendly. I am very pleased with my purchase and the dealers service department. More

I had a great experience. I work with Chuck Sean who got me right in and diagnosed a problem with my water pump. They were able to get me a loaner and then I was able to get it fixed right away. My car was serviced perfectly and I was informed I needed new tires and the timing was great. Chuck texted and called throughout the day and was very helpful. However when I came to pick it up, even though I new tires and the timing was great. Chuck texted and called throughout the day and was very helpful. However when I came to pick it up, even though I had been told that it was going to be washed, it was not cleaned at all. When I’ve gotten previous services done, I’ve had my car washed. Not a big deal but it is a nice touch that has been done. Thanks! More
