I took my car in for Service on Sept. 10th, and after two days I was informed they had not even looked at it. I needed it for the weekend so I picked it up. What is up with this? This is 100% no reflection on my advisor, Surjan; he was awesome. I want to know from the "service management team" why after two days my car was not looked at, I was told it could be another two days before that happened, so I picked it up. I have limited time on my extended warranty for a problem that crept up and I can't even get it fixed. I tried to make another appt. and was told they were backlogged three weeks out and likely the same type of services as before, 2-5 days before the diagnostic happened. I opted for an appt. five weeks out, one I could get a loaner for a week or more until they diagnose my car, and then fix the problem. I am disappointed by this lack of customer experience and the lack of resolving the problem for a car I paid $65,000. I want to hear from the service manager what is the problem, and how can they get my car fixed. Thank you. More

I feel that my privacy and confidentiality were compromised in the survey by Audi. First, I contacted Audi Service because the video link they sent us was not able to open. Then a manager at Au compromised in the survey by Audi. First, I contacted Audi Service because the video link they sent us was not able to open. Then a manager at Audi called me to ask if my problem was clear, and then he started to talk about the survey I completed by email. He said, "Do you understand how the survey affects the salespersons? Did the salesperson explain how it was important for her?" It sounds like he accused me of giving a low rating to the salesperson. I was unsure who had access to the information I provided, so I performed the survey with trust. I contacted Audi to express my concerns directly to the manager, but he also told me, "I never got such a low rate" etc. I just wanted to know how my data is protected because it seems like several employees (or managers) can access the data. More
Amazing five star service all the way around from fleet sales, used and new sales sept, service and finance.
