I told him what I was looking for and what type of monthly payments. He showed me all of my options and let me test drive a Q7. He told me about the 2015 TDI q7 and gave me an amazing deal. On top of that, he got my car totally professionally detailed before giving us the keys and put us into a nice q7 loaner for the day. When our car was ready, he walked through us different menus and options on the screen, and showed us how to move the seats and trunk. After all that he gave us extra Audi merchandise goodies! Thank you for all your help and treating us like family. I would also like to thank his amazing staff and assistants that were very helpful and friendly. Tenzin greeted me as I came in, we talked about what I was looking for and my budget. We then went for a few test drives. I gotta admit, I loved all the cars and it was difficult for me to narrow down the model and options. Tenzin was very patient with me throughout the whole process and I never felt rushed. His whole team took the extra step of making the experience seem like I was just talking with some friends. When I finally settled on a model and options it was time to talk price. Tenzin could not make it any easier. We discussed financing and what rebates were available and he got me a great price, I would have said “deal” but it didn’t feel like a typical dealer experience. Bottom line is, if you are looking to buy an Audi, save yourself all the troubles and contact Tenzin and his team! More
