Very helpful and informative experience! I had visited a couple dealerships in the area before making my way to Audi Stevens Creek, and I had a great a experience. I spoke with Emane over the phone before arriving and he helped me test drive a specific car I was interested in. I thought I had done quite a bit of research on my own but Emane knew a lot more about the car than I had previously discovered. Emane also knew how to really show off the features of the car. He took us on the highway a couple of times so we could feel the performance of the car, and he knew how to show off the features like lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control. He made the experience really enjoyable and fun! I never felt any pressure to buy or talk numbers and felt comfortable the entire time. Emane was patient and helpful through the negotiation and buying process, and helped me set up my new car. The purchase process was straightforward and, what I felt, honest. They showed what similar cars sell for in the area, compared that to the MSRP and purchase price, and used those factors to come up with an offer price. Wayne was also very helpful in the finance process and made sure we could get the best deals possible. He explained the different warranties, why one would want one, and offered suggestions on what to take. I never felt pressured to buy any particular warranty and he didn't ask again when I rejected, though I did end up buying one and will probably extend the factory warranty based off the points Wayne provided. Overall I really enjoyed this dealership and the staff. I would recommend Audi Stevens Creek to anyone looking to try or buy a car. More

Amazing...Zabih and Taylor made the experience great! Zabih and Taylor were great, kind and patient. We were just looking, not expecting to go home with a car....Regardless of that Zabih spent time with Zabih and Taylor were great, kind and patient. We were just looking, not expecting to go home with a car....Regardless of that Zabih spent time with us and was not pushy whatsoever. He helped us find the right vehicle within our budget and all the bells and whistles. He made all things work in line and we ended up trading our vehicle in and driving home in our new car that we love!! Wayne in finance was also great, patient and friendly and felt he was very honest in helping us make the right choices in that department as well. From start to finish we had an amazing experience and thank them, especially Zabih who spent hours with us patiently (and even fed our kids pizza!!) More

Importantly, he did not apply any pressure throughout the process, especially when it came to upgrades that wouldn’t suit my needs. Although I was willing to move forward with a vehicle on the first day I visited the dealership, he advised me to think about it longer, even if that meant visiting competing dealerships or other brands. Also, it’s worth noting that Emane has experience with Audi vehicles outside of sales. I think this provides him with a more well-rounded perspective, which made me feel more comfortable during the leasing experience. Lastly, he did very well responding to texts when I had questions or wanted updates regarding vehicles I was considering. I strongly recommend him to others. More
