Andrei answered all of our questions and was upfront and transparent, and he didn’t hesitate to respond via email. We knew exactly what to expect before stepping foot into the dealership. After we came in and met Andrei, we knew we were in good hands. He made us feel comfortable; he never pressured us into making decisions; he was patient; he’s overall a pretty stand up guy—ask him about the 5%! While we anxiously waited for our car to be ready, Andrei kept us in the loop by sending us updates with pictures. And... we finally picked up the car, and as awesome as it is, the help we received was the cherry on top. Thank you, Andrei! More

Absolutely the Best! This is the second new Audi we have purchased from Emane, and the 3rd from this dealership. I have purchased several dozen new cars over the years an This is the second new Audi we have purchased from Emane, and the 3rd from this dealership. I have purchased several dozen new cars over the years and no one else comes close to the level of service provided by Emane. Everything is stress free, no pressure, no games. He takes the time to make sure I'm well informed about the all of the features of the vehicle and is able to answer any and all questions. Upon delivery of the vehicle, it's obvious that he is a perfectionist...everything taken care of, everything perfect. Joe was once again great to work with. It's a tough job dealing on the money side of things, but Joe manages to pull it off with a high level of expertise, grace and good humor More
