Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars worst car buy experience of my life we paid cash was told the car would ship in 72hrs it was 5 days after a month and had to call numerous times we finally got the experience of my life we paid cash was told the car would ship in 72hrs it was 5 days after a month and had to call numerous times we finally got the title a month later when we received it it was not dated in two places and was lied to on numerous occasions about lost paperwork the title being in the mail the general manager doesn't know how to return phone calls must be really hard to dial a phine and Roy the fiance manager is a pathological liar and very arrogant I would never buy a car from them again amd I would not recommend them to anyone to buy a car from them unless you want headache after headache id especially if your out of state worst dealership I have ever worked with More

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Kevin Pharm. This is my second consecutive poor experience with him. A simple repair previously dragged on for three weeks and required five separate Kevin Pharm. This is my second consecutive poor experience with him. A simple repair previously dragged on for three weeks and required five separate visits just to clarify the issue. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment 10 days in advance specifically to secure a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told none were available. Kevin failed to communicate this shortage beforehand or offer to reschedule, leaving me stranded in the lounge for four hours. I have only owned my Audi for two months, and this level of service falls far short of the luxury experience I expected. More
