Recently I was traveling through St Paul, with a four hour drive home, and my driver wiper blade would not work. The scheduler reluctantly connected me with service. John Wagers said “come in, I think I hour drive home, and my driver wiper blade would not work. The scheduler reluctantly connected me with service. John Wagers said “come in, I think I can get you fixed up.” He did just that and in 15 minutes I was on my way. Not only did he rectify the problem, he was respectful and professional in offering ultimate service. He is a consummate representative of Audi St Paul! More
