I would first like to say that George Ledesma was very friendly and helpful throughout our experience and this review is a reflection of the dealership as my experience was one problem after another. Rec friendly and helpful throughout our experience and this review is a reflection of the dealership as my experience was one problem after another. Recently purchased a used Audi 2010 S4 with only 9000 miles on it which I thought was a great deal but the events that were to follow would just be one issue after another. I'll try to just some of the key issues here instead of rambling on. After the paperwork was signed a couple days later I get a call telling me that they need another $1000 which seemed a pretty common car dealership "trick of the trade," but worked that out after spending a good 7 hours of a workday out there. Next issue was my water pump exploding 4 days later and needing to be towed to them in Santa Ana From the Fontana area. Next issue, the down payment check that was supposed to be deposited after the 1st was deposited 2 weeks early causing fee's and more headaches (Though they did make it right on that issue)after spending another 8 hours at the dealership. Next issue, I come back to pickup the car (since the water pump had been fixed) and it turns out that they hit a rock during the test drive and damaged my right front head light, after a couple hours of back and fourth they decided to order me a new headlight as was stated by "Richard in service." To my surprise when I call back 2 weeks later there is no record of an ordered headlamp and no paperwork. I finally get a hold of the service director "Scott White" who eventually decided to replace the headlamp and was pretty helpful. It was agreed that the job would take around 2 hours so I could come down that Friday (another called out day from work I may add) and it would be done. I arrive at around 1pm to only be told by Richard that the job would take 4-6hours and that it would not be done until the following Monday. At this point I've met my limit as its a little ridiculous to be spending 5 separate work days driving down to Santa Ana only to deal with "non-sense." Eventually I received my car and have decided at this point to go elsewhere to buy any Audi in the future. These were not all the issues that happen but it's more then enough to make you think twice before spending 50k on a car from a dealership that will bring you nothing but headaches. My salesman George Ledesma was great but after that everything went down hill in terms of the dealership. I have yet to be contacted by the dealership to possibly make it right and more then likely will not receive a call so let this be a foreshadowing that once CommonWealth Audi has your money they don't care about you or your return visit. - One disappointed Customer More
My 2005 VW has less than 20,000 miles . I went in for an oil change and service agent came back and recommended additional service amounting to $600+. My car works flawlessly and i keep it in pristine cond oil change and service agent came back and recommended additional service amounting to $600+. My car works flawlessly and i keep it in pristine condition. Why are they recommending all these repairs? No signs of leaks in my garage yet he says there's a minor leak I. Two different places. I sat in the waiting room and listened to advisors tell every single customer that they need additional work done on their car. Strange that all 8 customers had extra repairs that were needed in addition to what they came in for. I think this dealer is dishonest. Not one single customer had their car repaired as ordered. 'unexpected' problems seemed to appear with additional costs ranging from $600-$3,5000. Highly unusual don't you think? Now I wonder if they damaged my car on purpose so that I have to come back and fix the problems they claim it has. They could easily poke holes in the hoses or make parts loose to make it appear as if it has issue. My confidence level for Commonwealth has gone down the toilet. I'm never coming back here again. Warning to all of you who want to come to this dealer. If you can, avoid buying a VW or Audi as i've heard of so many horror stories of other dealerships nearby. Do your homework! Unfortunately I didn't and paying for it. More
I'm always on the fence about meeting new salesmen, especially when it comes time to choosing a new car. Max proved himself the senior salesman he is in his courtesy, professionalism and puncuality, an especially when it comes time to choosing a new car. Max proved himself the senior salesman he is in his courtesy, professionalism and puncuality, and it was probably the most refreshing thing i've felt in a while. he made it so easy and was completely on the line about everything. i hope he'll be the one helping me choose my next car in about 36 months. The reason I gave a great rating is that OJ was so experienced, knowledgable about the car, and so friendly and easy to work with, it is easy to see why he is the director of ecommerce. He delivered experienced, knowledgable about the car, and so friendly and easy to work with, it is easy to see why he is the director of ecommerce. He delivered the car to me, knew and explained ALL the forms and corrected anything that was inaccurate. There were no surprises and it was truly an extraordinary experience. More

He asked if I wanted a courtesy appraisal on my Jetta while I waited. I told Robert that I was not in the market for a new car but was curious how much my Jetta was worth. He gave me a number that was much higher than I expected and asked me if I ever considered upgrading to an Audi A4. I had thought about if for a while, but didn't think I could afford a new car. Well, I am now the proud owner of a new Audi, which is amazing, since I didn't even go there to buy a car. Robert was friendly, professional and did not pressure me at all. He made me feel like I was special and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. I will definately tell all of my friends and family about Commonwealth. More

Tony was more than helpful in assisting me in purchasing a new Audi A4. He approached me when I was in the showroom and asked me about what I was looking for in a car. I was looking at the beautiful new Q5, a new Audi A4. He approached me when I was in the showroom and asked me about what I was looking for in a car. I was looking at the beautiful new Q5, but the car was above my budget. Tony told me the Q5 and A4 were very closely related and so I test drove both cars. Tony was so patient with us, we took two long test drives and found that the A4 had all the features I wanted for less money. We negotiated a selling price that was comparable to nearby dealers, but we felt that Tony earned our business (plus he sold us on a white S Line). When introduced to management, we felt really appreciated. Loving our new Audi and our friends in Santa Ana. More

My boyfriend I visited this dealership to look at the 2010 A4. I was considering trading in my Mercedes C Class. We browsed for 20 minutes without being helped. Finally, Max yelled from 100 feet away, "H 2010 A4. I was considering trading in my Mercedes C Class. We browsed for 20 minutes without being helped. Finally, Max yelled from 100 feet away, "Have you been helped?" Apparently the empty pavement was too much of a challenge to walk through to great us. When I asked if John or Ken was there, he said No, and walked away. See.. my family, including myself, have bout 3 cars from this dealership in the last 8 years... A 2000 A6, 2000 Beetle, and a 2008 A6. John, the sales guy was amazing at test driving, so I thought I'd give him he chance to win me back from the Benz family. Anyhow, another sales rep finally approached us, and we shared that we were interested in a Meteor Grey Base model on the front line. He went to get the keys, and we waited out front for about 10 minutes. Then, we see Max with a new customer, and they make their way to the car we were waiting to see. Max rushes up to get the keys, and we explain that we were waiting to drive that car. He went back, got the keys, and scurried to the car I had my eyes on. The sales rep that was supposedly helping us came out and said, "Well, it seems as thought that car is being sold now." Unfortunately what Mr. sales guy didn't know, is that we overheard the customer's conversation with Max, and he was very unsure what he wanted. So at this point, we feel discriminated against. Did we not look like realistic buyers? Did Max offer to split the commission on his "sure" deal with the other client? I then laid into the sales rep, letting him know how we felt, and he just stood there saying, "Well surely we can find another car that you like." How insulting! After explaining to the sales rep how we were feeling, we left and went to Crevier BMW next door. Their service was incredible. What a difference. More
I drive a 1.8T A4 and here is my experience with this dealership: Hue was a complete jerk. I came in because an OIL sensor symbol alert showed up on the dash. He told me i had problems with oil pressu dealership: Hue was a complete jerk. I came in because an OIL sensor symbol alert showed up on the dash. He told me i had problems with oil pressure. I guess he doesn't know how to read a owners manual because the oil pressure symbol is a different symbol. He got rid of me by scaring me off with a 900 dollar service overdue tactic. I am asian just like he is so I figure he wouldn't try to rip me off. WRONG! I came back the following week after having EZ lube do my oil. They said for sure it was the oil sensor. Came in and met with Richard. Nice man, no complaints here. Turns out some animal bit on the wiring. They replaced the wiring and mickey mouse'd it with electrical tape and made me pay them $450. My EZ lube friend looked at their work and said he would've done what they did for $20 bucks. I will never come back here ever again. More
