I have a new Audi Q6. Great car but it is a brand new model so a couple of software glitches were to be expected. After much research I was still unable to get my phone to Great car but it is a brand new model so a couple of software glitches were to be expected. After much research I was still unable to get my phone to work as a digital key. I called service and was connected with Tajim Smith who is an Audi Product Technologist. He worked with me and determined he needed to open a support request with Audi USA. That reply came back in a couple of days and Tajim followed through with the fix. There are a lot of people on Reddit AudiQ6 who are glad Tajim got it done because they have applied the same procedures to successfully get through the process now. Tajim is a personable, skilled and confident young man. I am happy to recommend him. More
