Short story, I’ve been driving Vol world. I would like to take a short moment to thank Hendrick Audi South Austin Texas Salesmen, Stanley Norwood. Short story, I’ve been driving Volkswagens and Audi’s new and used since the early 1980’s, and I have been fortunate to own a great number of these two manufactures automobiles, both in the USA and overseas while serving my country as an Army Soldier. This brings me to my point. Audi South has been without a question the BEST experience I’ve had while purchasing a used Audi period. Stanley Norwood, though young, went above and beyond to make sure the purchase was smooth and stress free. He even provided us with a full meal as we waited for the car to be prepared. Stanley Norwood had his hands full with me, I’m an old retired Combat Artillery Soldier, and being grumpy is my middle name. Stanley took it all in stride and presented me with a deal I couldn’t refuse. I can only give Stanley Norwood with his genuine personality a 5 STAR Rating, if it went hire, it would be a 10. I’d also like to thank Zach Zapata, Audi South Technologist for providing wonderful technical workarounds and support to allow me the ability to connect my iPhone to My-Audi-App® and Audi MMI® system. This was a seamless operation, and now I can hop in the car and go, music blasting from the Bang and Olufsen® Stereo system. I’m so happy with this purchase, that I will recommend my children and grandchildren to stop by this dealership when purchasing new or used Audi’s. Again, this is my TOP Dealership, and if I live long enough, I will be back for something else in the Audi Automotive world. Thanks guys, GC. US Army (Retired), More
I am in Austin Area, and shopping for new A4 lease The dealership will not deal over the phone or email, unless I physically walk into the showroom, which means spending 3-4 hours during a work day. I've not seen other Audi dealers setting this type of restrictions for customers. Overall very disappointing and non professional attitude. I was told by the sales person that it's strictly dealership's policy to deal in this manner to customers. Worst dealing that I've even seen from any car dealership. More
Had a great experience buying our eTron here. There were a few items wrong with the car, which were noted down and promised to be fixed at the first service. One issue was the Charging Door not closing properly after charging. Service rolls around and the service technician says its our fault the Charging Door doesn't close properly. Apparently we hit a rock on the road which caused the door not to close as it should. Luckily we had in writing that this was an issue when we bought it. We told Sherry this, but still it was our fault. It wasn't until we contacted the sales person, and asked him to walk over to Service and sort it out, that something actually happened. They wouldn't return my wife's calls and left us without a loaner for 11 days days. Sales Department - Great. Service department - no so. Feb 2024 More
Horrible experience as usual with Steve Berczik the service advisor again. He is inconsiderate, displaying the complete opposite from the values this company stands on. Repairs being made, within 20 miles of driving same issues, ask for a full inspection of the vehicle to get an idea of what needs to be repaired, the results are always completely different within weeks. Steve has made me feel as though I need to sit and wait on repairs instead of allowing me a loaner vehicle as they do for all other Audi owners paying for repairs. Today he said Audi no longer gives loaners to those with cars 10 years old. I knew he would try his best to make my day uneasy so I decided to schedule a backup repair with a different location so Steve would not be successful in his plans. So after wasting my morning and speaking to several people who knew I was on my way (30 miles) and getting a loaner he decided to wait until I got there to tell me about the "New" 10 year policy. I asked for a different advisor and Steve still inserted himself to be sure I did not receive the proper care I should have as a customer. I have felt undervalued, targeted & unappreciated other than the day Mr. Hendricks visited the location. Steve displayed a caring attitude that day. There's a lack of respect, passion, trust and accountability in this service advisor. He had an issue with printing out previous repairs as he clearly showed me he did not want to do it. I'd rather start a new relationship with a different Audi location and pay for the things that are covered under warranty than to go to this location and tolerate Steve's nonchalant attitude and his poor customer service. Thank goodness I made the backup appointment at the other Audi or I would have nor been able to have my car repaired today without sitting around for hours. More
This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced from Audi nationwide. I made a repair appointment on 11/29, for their next available date on 12/26. Upon arrival at 7:30 a.m (first in line), I was i from Audi nationwide. I made a repair appointment on 11/29, for their next available date on 12/26. Upon arrival at 7:30 a.m (first in line), I was informed that they would need my car 10 days as they were backlogged. They were "upside down," in loaners; however, they could offer me a lyft ride home back home. "Welcome to Austin," they said. Between the condescending "ma'ams," complete LACK of EMPATHY and PROFESSIONALISM, and blame game with their scheduling team (out of state?) as to why I wasn't notified of their true repair timeframe, I made the decision never to go back to that location. It's hard not to take an experience like that personally; however, it was super frustrating. I made a point to arrive at my appointment on-time (the day after Christmas), after a 4 week wait & was treated like complete crap. I've been a loyal Audi customer for over 10 years & have never experienced anything like this before. Is this a one off? Or, are all of these paid positive reviews? It's very puzzling. More

Just completed a new car purchase at Audi South Austin. I worked with Graham. I started with an on-line inquiry and literally did everything via text until we went to pick-up the car. Graham was very responsive and answered all questions. The dealership was very competitive on price and there was no "used car salesperson" vibe at all. There were no "gotchas" at the dealer. All together a really good experience. More
