I brought my car in for the 60,000 mile service. I was told it was going to be 2 hours. I live 25 miles away so I told her I’d wait. I frequently looked at the updates they sent via text. I was hesitant going to a bigger dealership. I spoke with a salesperson Justine and it was a great experience from the start. She was honest and upfront which I appreciate. It wasn’t a two hour I spoke with a salesperson Justine and it was a great experience from the start. She was honest and upfront which I appreciate. It wasn’t a two hour back and forth. She was very good and had all the answers. I didn’t purchase the first time there. I saw a vehicle on their website and contacted her immediately. In a few hours I was out the door with a new vehicle. It had to be serviced and they took it serious with no excuses. Put me in a loaner because I was going somewhere and told me they would contact me when it was done. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend Justine if you are looking for a vehicle. More
