It was like my car wasn’t ev to ensure my service was completed professionally and in a manner that allowed get through my day with no interruptions. It was like my car wasn’t even in the shop. When i got the car back it was like brand new. My experience made me so happy i purchased and audi from “Audi of shrewsbury.” When it is time for me to purchase a new vehicle it will absolutely be an audi and it will be from Audi of shrewsbury. I cannot say enough positive things about the service and attention I received from Felicia at Audi of Shrewsbury. I have been to other Audi dealerships for service and can confidently say the service depart attention I received from Felicia at Audi of Shrewsbury. I have been to other Audi dealerships for service and can confidently say the service department in Shrewsbury is levels above. Felicia kept me posted, thoroughly researched my questions and concerns and ensured my extended warranties (purchased 3rd party) were properly included and covered by recent issues. I brought my 2016 Q5 in for routine oil change and inspection. All went as planned and my vehicle was ready for me within a period of time.
