I recently purchased a new Audi Q7 from Audi of Shrewsbury. While there I worked with Linh-Chi Nguyen who was wonderful. She was very knowledgable about the vehicle, passionate about the Audi brand Shrewsbury. While there I worked with Linh-Chi Nguyen who was wonderful. I can be difficult for salespeople to work with but she and I quickly found common ground and worked well with each other. I got all of my questions answered and Linh-Chi patiently allowed me to tweak and turn every knob and setting until I was satisfied with the product. The negotiation process was fairly painless and I worked with Dave in Financing. He really helped get me the best possible option and terms for the remaining balance. The back office needs some help. They messed up my Audi Connect by putting an incorrect VIN and SIM card number on my account. That caused some downstream inconveniences but Linh-Chi took ownership of the problem and made sure everything was corrected in a very timely manner. Overall, Linh-Chi was terrific but the back office at Audi Shrewsbury could benefit by paying attention to detail, something their Audi design engineers most certainly do with the vehicles. More

I worked with Linh-Chi Nguyen throughout the buying process. Linh-Chi was very knowledgeable about the service that was done to the car when purchased by Wagner. When it came to test driving the vehicle, I had a great experience in that I did not feel pressured to get the car back on the lot ASAP in order to finalize the deal. I was able to take my time and ask about any specifics about the used car and make sure that it best fit my needs. I When I decided to purchase my car, Linh-Chi helped ensure that the interior/exterior was "like brand new" before I picked it up from the dealer. Nobody would have ever known that it was a used car until I was asked the mileage of the vehicle. Throughout the negotiation process, the sales team was very open to letting me request that I observe the status of the vehicle myself (Engine, Transmission, Breaks, etc). Finalizing the paperwork was all done by both the Finance and Sales team, which helped make my life easier throughout a busy work week. I just had to review and sign. Overall, I was very happy with the experience when purchasing my vehicle from Audi Shrewsbury. I have direct family members who have also purchased a variety of cars there, new and used. The "no pressure" service and "satisfaction guaranteed" help make the whole experience easy. More

I selected a Audi A6 Prestige V8 at a very competitive price and took delivery on Tuesday September 18. I researched Audi Dealers from the New York City and Boston Metro area and choose Wagner Auto for their friendly approach, interest in the customer and price. I had a Audi A4 previousily and had it serviced at Wagner. I always had a pleasant customer experience in their service department and on one occasion I had an emergency service late on a Friday and Wagner went out of their way to fix the vehicle before end of the day. Two weeks ago I took delivery on a new 2012 Audi Q5 Premium Plus for my wife's anniversary. I was greeted on the sales floor by Kyle Grendell, one of the best car salesman I've had the pleasure of doing business with. He answered EVERY question I had in a courteous, concise, and comprehensive way. His communication through the entire process including email, phone, off hours was outstanding. He lead me straight to the car I wanted, along with the base model. Both were test driven and differences explained in great detail. It was clear throughout the whole process that Kyle was extremely passionate about the Audi product line, and well versed in even the small technical details. Our sales manager Stacy Adamuska and Mgr Chris Rich were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable from a financing and business perspective. I decided to buy my wife a new car for our Anniversary (extremely last minute) - I took delivery on exactly the car I wanted including options, rebates, color. The car was in pristine condition and I was offered a great price. Kyle and the service team were genuinely compassionate to my situation and played a critical role in making our anniversary very special. From signing papers, dealer prep, to final delivery. Working under an extremely compressed timeline (only a few hours) Kyle and everyone involved at Wagner Audi pulled off the impossible. My salesman even drove the car 45+ mins to my home to make sure he arrived before my wife returned from work! In closing, I'd like to express my thanks to everyone involved at Wagner Audi of Boylston, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I can't say much about the long term service and support (yet) - but from the start I was impressed how my sales person, Kyle, was so knowledgeable - and passionate - about the Audi. Recently went back to Wagner Audi after a 10 year hiatus. I was greeted by a friendly salesman named Mike Flemming. Mike actually knew what I was looking for which surprised me because it's rare, this furthe I was greeted by a friendly salesman named Mike Flemming. The reason for this was he was an actual Audi enthusiast and even showed me the Audi he drove. This speaks volumes to me as a customer when people drive the brand they sell, be it new or old models. We picked this dealer off the Audi website because we decided exactly what we were looking for, White with beige, all wheel drive Avant and this dealer had it. We drove 50 miles and the vechile was parked in front all ready for a test drive. We met Kyle and he went with us on a short drive. He pointed out different things as we went along. We enjoyed driving the Avant and it was a pleasure dealing with Kyle. He was the perfect salesman for our needs. We applied for the Avant and Kyle gave us a day to think about it.
