I own a 2020 Audi S7 Prestige, purchased about two months ago. The vehicle passed inspection at purchase and had no warning lights or mechanical issues prior to the visit described below. The multi point inspection report from Audi Shrewsbury also indicates no issues before service. On January 13th, I brought my car to Audi Shrewsbury for a rear came software recall service. I dropped my car off at 9:15 am and picked up the same day afternoon. At puck up two new warnings appeared on screen: Check engine Light and Engine Oil Level Low – Please Top Up I thought that check engine light was associated with oil level so I topped up the oil level but it remained. The second day I returned to Audi Shrewsbury and met Nataly Carreno, the service advisor for the check engine light, she scheduled a diagnosis appointment on January 21st, Wednesday for the check engine light. Then on January 16th, Friday my father sent me photos of the oil stains on the ground where my car is always parked, it was fresh, newly created oil stains which I’ve never seen before. I spoke to the service manager, Shay Hassan, but he informed me that this issue has nothing related to Audi Shrewsbury and will be my full responsibility, even though I empathized that the check engine light and oil level low reminder appeared at Audi Shrewsbury, he disagreed and said “We can have a diagnosis and you will be paying the bill.” It has been 6 days after the service and he made this conclusion without even having someone review my car. I expected to pick up my car fine as when I dropped it off, but Audi Shrewsbury impressed me in a completely opposite way. More
