They had a large inventory of cars to choice from, and I received a fair trade in for my current car. It is rear for me to walk in and buy a car but the Sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and was answering all my questions. They represented your dealership in high regards and I walked out with a new car. The car was delivered the next and day and the sales person took the time to explain all the features, even after the sale. I would recommend the dealership and sales person I dealt with. More

Fantastic experience I had a great and very easy experience at Audi of Shrewsbury, I talked to the Sales rep Angel the day before I wanted to go in to look at a pre-owned I had a great and very easy experience at Audi of Shrewsbury, I talked to the Sales rep Angel the day before I wanted to go in to look at a pre-owned A6. Angel was great, he came in on his day off to help me and made sure the exterior of the car was very clean (theres currently construction next door and the cars in the lot are covered in dirt). He took me on a lengthy back road test drive which I really liked, it wasn't just a straight shot up and down Rt 9, and promised to address some concerns I had about the car. He offered to have the A/C unit recharged before pick up and have the techs check on the drivers side window vent because there was no air coming out of it. He also promised to get me a glove box adapter for my iPhone. He delivered on all his promises. And aside from that he was just a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend asking for him. The finance guy Chito was also extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first time buying a high end luxury car and I had concerns about the reliability of a pre-owned one. He brought in one of the service advisor's who's name I unfortunately can't remember and again, he was very friendly and very helpful in addressing all of my worries. Overall there is nothing I can complain about in my experience with Wagner Audi, I would def recommend them More
