Rude employee Went to the dealership to pick up my spare key for the car I recently purchased there. I live in NH and drove to MA in a snow storm for it and when I entered the dealership and went to the customer service desk a man yelled out asking if he could help me something in an annoying manner, as if I was bothering them. Told him I needed my spare key as I was told in a voicemail and an email to pick up. The man looked and said he didn’t have it and told me he was covering for Ruzhena who was on vacation. Went and looked on her desk and it wasn’t there. I read the email to him about it being at the customer service desk in a red box and he proceeded to tell me that I should have mentioned the part about the key being in the red box before...terrible customer service. I needed some more help while I was there but after that experience I decided to take my business else where. While I was there purchasing a car there was a female complaining to the manager about how one of the salesmen was treating her poorly. In my experience there, you need a man with you to get any respect. I am very disappointed I can’t get the help I need from them and I will not be going back there. This past visit I left there with a bad taste in my mouth and my review reflects that. More
