Excellent Interaction and nonpressure purchase We went to the dealership because it was a local convenience. But once there, we noticed a very friendly and clean atmosphere and no pressure purchase We went to the dealership because it was a local convenience. But once there, we noticed a very friendly and clean atmosphere and no pressure purchase experience. We were attended to by Angel Cruz who was a delight to work with. He is very laid back and allowed us to test drive many different models by ourselves. Never pushed us to choose one over the other. All audi cars are superb machines. Finally he was very supportive in getting us set up, got us the audi cables and all weather mats and delivered the car in timely fashion. It was an A-1 experience. When it came to sealing the deal Chito Vangchampa helped with the final touches. They are an awesome team. I look forward to a very happy long experience with our car and hope the service team in future matches the experience from sales. More

Excellent Customer Service! I first stopped at Audi to pretty much cross it off my bucket list. I never dreamed I would be able to lease the A4. There were some issues with the car after I got home but The detail job was not great at all, lots of fine scratches showing mainly in the wax. While walking in, the sales person "LARRY SHETL Horrible customer relationship. Showed up with interest to buy the new 2018 SQ5 with a friend of mine. While walking in, the sales person "LARRY SHETLER" was showing a lady the SQ5 so me and my friend walked around for a minute checking the car which seemed to offend him for some reason and asked us in a very rude and ignorant way to step away from the car. He could have easily said that if we walked inside someone will be able to better assist us since he is in a middle of a showing. Well I ended up buying a GLE 63 AMG Coupe and definitely not from the Mercedes Benz next to them since its all Wagner. Last year I bought my wife a Porsche Macan S after a similar experience in Wagner BMW of Shrewsbury were we were looking at the X6M. I have had a friend with a similar bad experience with the Wagner BMW people as well. Friendly advice, stay away from Wagner and definitely stay away from Larry Shelter in Audi of Shrewsbury. More
