Drove the s3, s4, Q5, no Pressure on purchasing the vehicle immediately(unlike ford, vw). Honest price comparing to nearby Audi dealership. I don’t want this let if the review to impact my gratitude for Larry, but Karen was pretty abrasive, rushed and rude & put a lot of pressure on trying to get me to purchase “extras”. I almost changed my mind buying the car because of her. This had nothing to do with my finances or credit as I have 800+ credit score and out almost 20k down, but she acted like I was wasting her time when I questioned the because she wanted to give me a rate of 6% - probably the 1st approval, so when i asked her to keep shopping she was very hesitant and upset I asked her this. Granted it was month end for you so you were all running around and running numbers, but I shouldn’t even know that. Then I came by a few days later to collect 10k (my title was lost so she held 10k until I presented it), she wouldn’t even see me and was rude when I called. Larry, San, even the man who showed me all the functions in my car...absolutely Amazing. For this reason I give 5 Stars to the dealership. Karen needs to take a deep breath, maybe a vacation and learn to not be so bitchy. Sorry but that’s the only adjective I can think of right now. More
