Praises to Marc Francois! I found the exact pre-owned vehicle I was looking for on Autotrader. I then visited the dealer website and reviewed the one owner Carfax report and de I found the exact pre-owned vehicle I was looking for on Autotrader. I then visited the dealer website and reviewed the one owner Carfax report and decided to make the trip. I live an hour away from Shrewsbury in the Springfield MA area. Did not care to inquire or make an appointment so I could see the car in the "rough". When I got to the dealer, I found the car on the lot, I looked it over and decided to move forward. From the moment I walked in the door the experience was positive and professional (I was probably dressed a little rougher than the typical Audi customer). I first met Toffy. He greeted me as I told him they had a car I would like to test drive. He explained that he was expecting an appointment and turned me over to Marc Francois. Marc was able to bring the car up quickly even with another vehicle parked directly in front of it. Drove the car with Marc and returned to his desk. This man was extremely patient as I admit I am not the easiest person to deal with. Marc was always helpful and positive through out the whole process. As I observed action in the showroom, it appeared that all the customers working with members of the sales department were also completing a vehicle purchase, including Toffy's appointment. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle from Marc. When we came to pick up the car it was registered, inspected and ready to go! Marc once again greeted us with a smile has he handed over the key. I have been driving now for about 2 weeks. During that time I have had it serviced (promotional oil change with free independent inspection) by our local Mazda dealer and was reassured that this car was indeed mechanically outstanding. Great Experience I went in to look at used A4, but it didn't have some of the features I was hoping for. Tony showed me another car, which was actually about $5k less I went in to look at used A4, but it didn't have some of the features I was hoping for. Tony showed me another car, which was actually about $5k less than the one I was originally looking at, that he felt would be more in line with what I was looking for, which I ended up buying. I felt like Tony had my best interests in mind throughout the whole process, and did not pressure me to buy something I didn't want. Would definitely recommend Audi of Shrewsbury, and Tony as well!
