Very dishonest dealership When I traded in my leased 2016 A7 for a new 2019 A7, Mr. Sarkis, the manager, agreed to pay off all the remaining 5 monthly payments of the lease. Th When I traded in my leased 2016 A7 for a new 2019 A7, Mr. Sarkis, the manager, agreed to pay off all the remaining 5 monthly payments of the lease. The dealership initially paid 3 of it and promised to pay the remaining after the final bill comes out. The final bill came about 100 days ago and they refused to pay or do anything about it. They didn't reply my emails, never returned my phone calls. No customer service at all. Now Audi Financial services is going to hire a private collection agency... Have been a loyal Audi customer (5 new Audis in 7 years). Because of this horrible experience, I won't be buying Audi any more, which I am sure they don't care:-) More

The Audi dealership in Shrewsbury is easily the best dealership in the area. The staff is excellent and super nice. Andrew our Sales rep helped us immensely with everything. Excellent experience buying a new car I entered the dealership for service on my older S4 vehicle and decided to look at what they had in new ones. Asking me a number of questions, he was able to focus in on my interests and immediately showed me what was available in stock. I drove 2 vehicles and Tony priced them both for me, including a good value for my trade-in. After a bit of negotiation, we arrived at a deal on one of the cars I had driven and, after some time for paperwork and setup, I drove away with the new car. We agreed to meet the next day for a more hand-on training on the features of the new vehicle. Tony was great to work with. More
