I went to Audi Shrewsbury at the beginning of the summer. I wanted to get an oil change, any computer updates, and a detail. When I got my car back they told me that the connection to the server was not work I wanted to get an oil change, any computer updates, and a detail. When I got my car back they told me that the connection to the server was not working, the car wash was broken, and then proceeded to hand me a bill for about $350 for an oil change. Most of that coming from an inspection on a Audi Q5 that was only 6 months old. I went to another dealership only to find that the same inspection was complementary at the other dealership. Even though it's an extra 20 minutes away from the Shrewsbury dealership, I will never return to Shrewsbury Audi for service or to buy another vehicle. More
I went to Audi Shrewsbury to get my Q5 services which was covered under the prepaid Audi plan. I cannot say much about the service, but my car are returned without being cleaned/vacuumed what so ever. Now, i covered under the prepaid Audi plan. Now, i can take that, but why would you ask me before hand if I want the car cleaned from inside and take my 2 car seats off ? The car seats were not even put back. So, basically they just took the sears off, did not clean a bit and did not bother to even put the seats back. So much for the "AUDI EXPERIENCE". This is 2nd such experience with Audi Shrewsbury. The reason why I am not happy is because it is a second time when they overcharged me. First time it’s happened when they replaced tires and now again I was overcharged when they replaced brakes. Recently bought a CPO from this store and the entire experience was great. My salesperson (Justine) was friendly and the negotiation process with her manager was fair and quick. I've been taking my Audi R8 to Audi Shrewsbury since purchasing it in 2020. Antar George has been a great service advisor--he is always easy to communicate with, only recommends what is necessary, an purchasing it in 2020. He makes sure a loaner is available, and keeps me up to date on the services being performed and when they are completed. He's also great at dealing and coordinating with 3rd party warranty companies when required. The shop foreman, Russ Clark, is a magician. He can diagnose complex problems quickly, and most importantly, fix them correctly. Russ is also an all-around great person: he takes the time to meet with me whenever I'm at the dealership, answering any questions I have as well as providing tips, tricks and details on my cars. He even recently helped me with a post-purchase inspection of a new (to me) Audi S5, and will be taking care of this car for me too. Russ leads a great team of mechanics at Audi Shrewsbury The service manager, Anthony Putignano, has also been great to me. Suffice it to say, he takes ownership over his service department and is more than fair should there ever be an issue. Audi Shrewsbury has a great team to help maintain your Audi, and I recommend them without hesitation. More
Bait and Switch Tactics - moved a car from one lot to another and asked $5000 more!!!! Cares more about margins than customer satisfaction, and even said so! It was exactly the color / trim I was hoping for (would be our 5th Audi, and 3rd in that color combo. After visiting the dealership 3 times and driving the car, I was told I couldn’t put on offer on it as their was no one to put a value on on my trade. However the next week when I tried to schedule a follow up, they told me the car had been sold. However when I looked online, they had moved the car to Audi Shrewsbury and increased the price by $5000!!!!! When I asked why it costs so much more, they literally said because they had to hit higher profit margins and they would not honor the original posting price. Stay away! Audi Burlington is not that far away, and MUCH better (we’ve purchased 2 Audis here). More
Since they were bought by McGovern, it is. HORRIBLE purchase experience. Getting service done there is worse. The service advisors are condescending, sexist and their techs don’t fix the issues until y purchase experience. Getting service done there is worse. If you have to go there to get service, remove your personal plates and make them use their repair plates! They burn out, floor cars, drift/burn out around blind corners in the rain, and drive wrecklessly. No discrimination between a dealer owned vehicle or a customers vehicle, they do not care, they will beat your car into the ground! DO NOT LET YOUR LUXURY CAR BECOME A WEAPON OF VEHICULAR MAN-SLAUGHTER!!! When I spoke to the general manager John, he said there was nothing he could do it must people test driving the cars, that is not always the case, it is rarely, but most of the time the techs and transporters/drivers are responsible for this. I expect accountability from an establishment that claims they are a luxury high-end dealership who "cares" about the community they serve. The police have taken notice and now sit down the road waiting for them, I'm serious, they have almost run over small children, dogs, farmers, and pedestrians, they do not care where, who, or how. Please mention this review at your next visit and maybe the establishment will go back to behaving the way a luxury dealership should, with integrity, honor, trust worthy behavior and honesty. More
