Excellent buying experience. Willing to stay late Saturday to make sure everything was done to avoid me having to come back to the dealer, which was important due to the driving distance for myself. I needed an inspection and the dealership was able to get my car in right away. I forgot my updated registration so Jack helped me go online to Penn DOT's website to print proof that my registration was cur my car in right away. My Experience with Audi of Conshohoken was exceptional! I called looking for an Audi S4 or S5. My call was answered by Shaun Issac. Shaun told me they had several in stock which was surprising for this typ called looking for an Audi S4 or S5. My call was answered by Shaun Issac. Shaun told me they had several in stock which was surprising for this type of car. When I arrived at the dealership Shaun greeted me in a friendly, courteous manner. He showed me the S4's and S5's. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He listened carefully to my needs and helped find an S4 equipped exactly as we wanted, in the color we wanted, with the interior color we wanted at an extremely competitive price. We leased the S4 and it is AWESOME! I just started a lease for a 2011 A3 TDI through Audi of Conshohocken. Aaron was not only responsive and professional; he also took the time to listen to my "wish list" of A3 features and to research available cars that fit that description. He gave me several options, and continued to do so when I added a feature. Other dealers tended to guide me toward one specific car, which in some situations seemed like the easiest car for them to obtain. He was also very transparent regarding pricing, which gave me confidence that I was getting a fair deal. Throughout the process, Aaron followed up (quickly) on all of my inquiries. It was actually fun working with Aaron throughout the process. More

From the minute I walked into this dealership Aaron was my most favorite salesperson I have ever met. This is the second Audi that I have leased through this dealership. About 3 months prior to my lease expiration, I stopped in to look at the new Q7. There were not many in the lot but Shaun approached me dealership. About 3 months prior to my lease expiration, I stopped in to look at the new Q7. There were not many in the lot but Shaun approached me immediately to see how he could help. I mention this because I went to several other competitors during this process and had to wait in excess of 1/2 hour to just get someone to help me. Shaun reviewed the new options in the 2011 Q7 in great detail. He also showed me the list of inventory that would be available within the next 3 months. Knowing my timetable and what I was looking for, he took my information and promised to circle back in the next few weeks. I also stopped by a Range Rover dealership in the area with the same mission and explanation. This was over two months ago and I am still waiting for a call back. Shaun followed up within 2 weeks with a specific plan on securing the ideal Q7 for me in terms of options and timing. During this process, he honored his commitments by staying in touch and letting me know exactly what I needed to make the best decision. Since I was way over mileage with my current vehicle, he knew I really wanted to expedite the process and still get exactly what I wanted. Mission accomplished - I leased a 2011 Q7 with all of the options that I wanted within 45 days of my lease expiration. I couldn't have been hapier. He was a true professional - honest, informative, and of very high integrity. I have and will continue to highly recommend Audi of Conshohocken. More
