He was able to get me the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted when other dealerships closer to me would not even come close and basically talked down to me almost making me want to look at another brand of car. But Aaron was the total opposite, he was real, he did not talk down to me and he absolutely knew the car inside and out, teaching me and my husband all of the features before we left, never once did he rush us. Even though Don Rosen is almost an hour from my house I would definitely tell people it is worth the drive! More

This is the second time I've purchased a car new from the factory and had it shipped in from Europe and the only negative I had with this process was that the BMW I purchased years ago - I was able to track the progress of the car through their website and I knew exactly when it arrived at the dealer. The Audi purchase did not have this option, so I was a little in the dark as to when the car would be arriving. However, Adam was always very attentive and always available to give me a status update whenever I called or e-mailed to ask about it. I would definitely go through Don Rosen to purchase a car again.
