Brandon worked well with me to sort out why my car was not communicating with me, as in, the radio was not working. There were no communication problems most likely, due to the prior garage erasing the me not communicating with me, as in, the radio was not working. I came to Audi of Conshohocken after having a poor experience at my local dealership in State College, and I was blown away by the diff new A4 Avant. I came to Audi of Conshohocken after having a poor experience at my local dealership in State College, and I was blown away by the difference in attitude and professionalism when I walked in the door. I ended up with a fabulous car at a very fair price, and there was none of the traditional car sales haggling or silly games that one normally experiences. We had a small issue sourcing the specific car - the first dealer trade fell through, but Chris worked very hard and very fast to find another one and made a potentially awkward situation into a very satisfying one with only 1 day delay beyond our original goals. Although I'm not from the Conshohocken area, I drove to this dealership late in the afternoon as a walk-in due to some mechanical problems.
