I think i had a unique experience when purchasing my new S4. Charles Semler kept in touch with me when i wasn't quite ready to buy initially. I stretched out the process and Charles stayed patient and understanding. When i finally commited to the S4, i had a very unexpected mechanical problem when leaving the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was so apologetic, and they immediately ran diagnostics on the car and determined that the problem was that the computer was faulty from the factory. Tthey put me in a loaner (A6) for morethan a week while they got a new computer from the factory. I was obviously disturbed by this unlikely situation, but Charles kept me informed about the new computer and its arrival and how it solved the problem and then personally delivered the car to my home in Virginia. The dealership did everything they could to make the car right and Charles went above and way beyond in his efforts to communicate and to ensure that I was a happy customer - and he succeded. I would definitely recommend this dealer and most definitely would recommend Charles Semler. More
