Being a very picky automotive enthusiast, I am very particular in the list of options I seek out when buying a car. Audi Conshohocken happened to have an A4 Avant that I was interested in and their pictures listed on the website were very detailed and the car looked great. I made arrangements with Neil over the phone about my trade in but that the price on the car was above the number that motivated me to make the 3hr drive to see it. A short while later, Neil called me back with a number that worked for me and I made the arrangements to come down and pick it up as long as everything looked alright. Neil called me and made arrangements on his day off to make sure that I had everything I needed numbers-wise and said the car would be ready when I got there the following day. A snafu on my end regarding financing on the day I was to pick up the car, from 3hrs away mind you, and Neil was able to arrange financing for me at a very reasonable rate the day I was scheduled to pick the car up. Upon my arrival, I was extremely pleased with the condition of the car and Neil had all of my paperwork ready and waiting. A few signatures later, I was driving away in the car I wanted. I've received nothing but great service from Neil during and after the sale. A week after I bought the car, Neil called to make sure everything was still ok with it and if I had any questions or concerns about the buying process. My only question was if there was a survey from Audi Conshohocken that I could fill out to praise my buying experience. Sadly, they only offer this for new vehicle sales. A month after the sale, Neil called again to follow-up and make sure everything worked out for me. Considering I've had my fair share of dealing with out-of-state dealers, my experience with Neil Meija and Audi Conshohocken was better than I could have expected and I wouldn't hesitate to consider them for any other future vehicle purchases. Audi Conshohocken crossed every “t” and dotted every “I”. I recently located from out of state and noticed a strange noise coming from my engine. Al actually apologized for this and the inconvenience it caused even though it was no fault of Audi Conshohocken. He represented not only his dealership well but stood beside the Audi brand. The repair process took over a week to complete but I was placed in a very comfortable loaner and Al checked in every other day keeping me abreast of the repair process. Audi Conshohocken took want should have been a painful brand damaging experience and made it a positive one. More
