We had gone to another Audi dealer nearby and decided to buy the Q5. While the other dealership was fine, we didn't love the sales person and decided to give Audi Conshohocken a try. We walked in and met Neil, who was great from start to finish. Low pressure discussion of what we were looking for, what options were important to us and what they had available. When what we wanted wasn't on the lot, they were able to find it for us at a dealer in New England and have it brought in at no additional cost. We wanted the Q5 because we were about to have our first child and our current car wasn't child appropriate. Our son arrived before the car did, but Neil was able to work with us to process all the paperwork in advance and make the pick-up as fast as possible so we could take our little one home in the new car. A great experience all around. More
