I did not put great because I was surprised at how costly the service overall for my Q7 has been. I just recently put $1,700 for brakes, pads and roters after only two years along with an entire set of new tires (which was also over $1,000) I am unhappy with the overall cost to maintain this vehicle. It would be a huge factor in a future purchase. My husband has an M3 BMW and all the regular maintenance is covered for free. This is something that Audi should consider especially with the price point of the vehicle when it is new. Having said that, my overall service experience on the customer service side was excellent. (HUGE improvement over YBH Audi which was where I purchased the vehicle. I will NEVER purchase a car from them again nor will I return there for service.) Jeremy was outstanding by keeping me informed, getting me pricing and providing me with a loaner vehicle which was also a Q7 and pleasant. The loaner car was clean and full of gas. It was a quick and painless effort to drop the car off and be on my way which I greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very helpful and informative. He even helped me solve some issues I was having with the seat on the drivers side and the brake dust dilemma (the wheels are constantly covered and dirty). I will return to Don Rosen for service. Since purchasing a CPO I had multiple issues with the vehicle unrelated to the work done by the service department. Within the first month I had low oil as well as heavy vibration during high speeds. The haevy vibration was thought to be due to bent front wheels which they offer to straighten at a cost. I questioned the certification process for a CPO and whether the wheels would have been included. That particular service consultant stated that it was looked at and that the bent wheels must have occured after certification. I was disapointed and opted to not fix it yet as I wasn't prepared to shell out any money to fix anything in the car a month after purchasing. The service consulted stated that not fixing it would not compromise the wheels or car. Another month later the oil light came on again. At this point I started to work with Jeremy Solomon in the service department. I can't speak highly enough about him. He is on top of everything and the customer service is outstanding! He was concerned about the frequency of my oil replacement and took care of it right away. Check engine lights were also taken care of. He even went back to the heavy vibration issue and had everything looked at in detail and was determined to find the cause and correct it. He called me with updates and everything was done in a timely matter. He explained everything they did and made it so convenient for me. I felt like I was made a top priority and he eased any concern I had with the car. I've been to several BMW service departments in the area and Jeremy blows them all out of the water. He even found my car in the state so I didn't have to wait long- unlike YBH which told me I either had to wait 12 weeks for the boat shipment to arrive or to just order it from the factory.
