First time getting my car service at Audi Conshy won't be my last time. I took it to another Audi dealer in the Western burbs which is closer to where I live for service previously and had a horrib won't be my last time. She was real nice and kept me informed. My car was serviced, vacuumed and washed in the frame I was given. I'm perfectly happy with my experience at Audi Conshy. Once I made my decision as to which vehicle I wanted, Chris made the negotiating process very easy, and we came to agreement on a deal within 10 minutes (including the number for my trade-in). A team of experts at what they do - which is find the right car you are looking for and then give you the right car at the right price. What else does one want. I personally would like to recommend Chang Kwon, the comparatively new guy in the Sales team but definitely a rising star. Doesnt play number games back and worth, respects the value of time, No games - just straight forward clean numbers and smooth transactions. I got an Audi S4 - in the exact trim/package combination I wanted and no one in the area was able to find the exact car. Chang found the car and I had the car keys and all paperwork done in less than 2 days since my first interaction with him. Now - that's one smooth Sales experience. I personally would like anyone exploring options to talk to this guy and know for yourself. A person of his word and no games.Loved working with him. Extremely pleasant experience overall.
