We contacted Audi in Conshohocken and were contacted immediately by Chang Kwon. He asked us what we were looking for and within an hour Aaron and Chang were emailing me with the available models as wel immediately by Chang Kwon. We were looking at other car dealers such as BMW and ACURA and Chang was the most responsive and was great!. He followed up with us a day later and offered us a deal that was to hard to pass. He went over every detail of our new car and was very knowledgeable. We feel that after looking at other vehicles and discussing financing with others that AUDI's offer was the best deal for the money. The experience was exceptional! Filling out the paperwork and agreeing on the final quote was hassle free. If one goes out of adjustment you loose both tail lights. intermittent. Do not get any indication on dash. Not a dealer fault but some vehicles from factory have this fault. Keep an eye on tail lights. Will usually show up in less than 10K miles. Best way to tell is when you lock vehicle with remote. Tail lights should flash. If any doubt have Jeremy check at an oil change. He knows everything about these cars. KEN More
