I was nervous about coming here for service based on the reviews…but this was absolutely the best experience. I have Audi Care so absolutely everything was paid for with no upselling. The worst service experience imaginable: The AC drain was backed up and leaking on the floor behind the drivers seat. Went to Audi Sarasota and told them exactly what needed to be addressed. They had was backed up and leaking on the floor behind the drivers seat. Went to Audi Sarasota and told them exactly what needed to be addressed. They had the car for 5 hours of which they spent the majority focused on the sunroof drain. When pressed to address the cause of the problem; they looked into it and said they had to order a part and when we returned we could expect it to take two hours. Asked the service desk what the which part was being replaced and was not given an answer. Returned two days later to have the part replaced. We arrived on time and were told we may not get the car back that day as planned. To top it off; they had no loaners. A few hours later they said the part had been installed and we could have the car back. The work statement was to be sent to us via e-mail. Five days later we still don't have work statement and the leak is still present. The service manager was rude. The staff were inept. The service level was on par with a discount brand. Sarasota Audi will never see me again. They are an embarrassment to the Audi brand More
I have the road side hazard for my audi rs5. I got a nail in my tire with a slow leak. They first told me that they couldn't get me in for 3 days, then told me that they only have one tire in I got a nail in my tire with a slow leak. So I'm driving down to Ft Myres Audi where they always take care of me. I now live in Lakewood Ranch. My next car will not be an Audi. I would never want to deal with the service department for Audi of Sarasota. More
The staff who work here are absolutely amazing and super sweet! I dealt with Kristy Harrington and she was a wonderful service advisor who answered every question I had in a timely, eloquent manner and ensu sweet! However, whoever runs this dealership or is in charge of setting the service prices, is a SCAMMER. I was told that an alignment on my car would be $499. That is absolutely ridiculous considering that the Audi dealership in Fort Myers, an hour down the road, charges $286.20 with tax included for the EXACT same alignment. It is for this reason that I will never bring my car back to this establishment ever again. I do not appreciate being scammed and having to pay double for a service! When I asked Kristy why the price was so high she told me that every dealership sets their own prices; Thus, I was able to conclude that whoever is the owner of this dealership and/or is in charge of setting the prices for services has zero compassion and consideration towards the patrons that keep the business running. More

I drive our 7th Audi, my wife drives our 6th. In the past this dealership has provided great service but recently this seems to have really gone down hill. My A6 notified me that I needed an oil change so I called for an appointment. The best they could do was a month out! My wife had her A5 serviced recently and in the paperwork they gave her it indicated that the A5 was in need of a wheel alignment. They didn't offer to do it while she was there. They didn't even tell her about it. I noticed it when she got home and gave me her paperwork. She called to schedule it. Also a month out. I get that everyone has staffing issues and that we all have to deal with that. What really bothers me is that they do not seem to care. I don't know what changed, whether there is new management or new ownership but the great service they used to give is gone. More
This is a review of Audi Sarasota Service. I have no experience with the Sales end. The vehicle, a 2019 Q5 SUV is a wonderful car, however. I will never use their service department again. Audi recommends oil changes every 30,000 miles (synthetic oil). In early November 2021 I called for an appointment for my 3 year old vehicle's service. I was given the date of January 4, 2022, which to me seemed untimely at best. I also asked for new wiper blades and, as auto batteries in Florida last 3-4 years, I asked that they replace the car battery. They had the car for two days. In that time they managed to roll up a bill of almost $1000 although my coupon lowered it to $930. As an example, furnishing and installing a new battery was $397. New wipers were almost $100. The oil change and rotating and aligning the tires took up the remainer. In my opinion these charges are nothing short of larcenous and I will never again use their service department. The staff was courteous and apologetic but they said "It's not us. It's Audi". Unless the work involves warantee issues I urge every Audi owner in Sarasota/Manatee counties to find a third party mechanic. More
