I could write a book on my challenging experiences with this dealership beginning with when I first picked up my new Audi. The forgot to detail the car so I had to take it back. Then when I picked it up they gouged the back panels of the car with swirl marks. So I took it back and then they made additional scratches that forced me to have the car repainted. Since the location sends all of the painting jobs to the Cadillac dealer I had make a separate appointment with Sun coast Cadillac who did the most sloppy job of painting that I have ever seen. Not only did they scratch the door panel that was fine when I dropped it off but they had overspray all of the car which was seen with hard line tape marks on the panels and trunk. They had to repaint the car and I still have overspray on the rear window. With a high end dealer I expect so much more as I have had better service from a used car lot. More

I bought a "certified used" Hyundai Genesis from them earlier this year. They sold me on how great the condition the car was in. After bringing the vehicle home I realized there was some front end and back end damage to the vehicle. Unfortunately I looked at the vehicle in the evening and it's black so the damage wasn't immediately noticeable. I immediately contacted the salesman there to notify them of the damage hoping that an honorable company would fix it, especially since they have access to an auto body shop. A guy by the name of Cranston Scott who is the GM told me they would take care of it and I set an appointment. After bringing the vehicle back in for my appointment, they made me wait 45 minutes to see the GM and inspect the vehicle. Then they kept the vehicle for a few hours and called me back to come pick it up. The only thing they did was buff the front bumper to take out some swirl marks. They refused to fix the vehicle further. To this day there are multiple creases/dents in the front bumper and rear bumper. Also the rear bumper was clearly painted with different paint than the rest of the vehicle. This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car! They should have disclosed all damage to me before buying. They also told me they didn't notice the damage even though they detailed it before giving me possession! FAIL! More

When it came to assisting 2 different client's with new Audi A7 purchases I reached out to Paul Deeb at Suncoast Audi. Paul had sold me a car in 2007 and the experience was fantastic! Well fast forward 7 years and Paul is still fantastic. He listened and worked hard not only to find the perfect car, but to provide the best deal's out there. If you want an Audi, you need to call Paul. Thanks again! More
Tom let me drive a car alone and I enjoyed the test drive. I wanted certain features and he was able to give me the car I wanted with extra features without extra cost to me. Just rude and unprofessional. They simply do not care about customer service at all. The sales force ignored us and when we did FINALLY get attention he was short and unprofessional. When I came back another day asking for the manager to voice my disapproval with the experience, he was WORSE than his salesman. Asking me to leave and that I was disturbing him. I am a paying customer who has purchased FOUR AUDI's from these people and yet I am a disturbance? Shocking! More

Where do I start! I walked in planning to buy a Q5 after doing a lot of research on the internet. I see one person sitting at a "desk in the corner who doesn't acknowledge us. We walk up to the Q5 in the show room and he says "what do you need?" I say I want to buy a Q5 he said "it's over there" "I have to finish some things my manager wanted me to do" as we were about to walk out he comes up to us and I asked him if we could take a test drive. He said "we are closing in an hour and it would not be possible" I said get your manager. the manager told him to take us for a test drive yet he wouldn't let my wife drive the car, said it was some insurance thing. I could go on, yet I'm sure you got the point. Don't waste your time with these guys. More
